LISA Appleton recently opened up about feeling caged, following her romance with her ex boyfriend.
But it seems as though the Big Brother favourite is making the most of her free time.
She was spotted having a blast on a wild night out, during her latest trip to Spain.
The reality star was seen enjoying herself on a bucking bronco, while others looked on.
Mario Marconi’s ex looked glamorous as she headed out with a mystery man, opting for a little black dress.
She kept her brunette locks loose over her shoulders, and completed the outfit with a pair of knee-high black boots.
However, she may have shown off more than she bargained for, as her underwear could be seen during her turn on the bronco.

Lisa’s trip comes after she got flirty with another reality star, sparking romance rumours.
Scotty T left his 1.67million followers shocked earlier this week, as he shared a snap of the 48 year old while she moved the bins out in her underwear.
The Geordie Shore star also posted a picture of her on a night out, wearing a see-through lace outfit with no bra.
Alongside both photos, he joked: “Get a girl who can do both.”
And Lisa took the opportunity to get flirty with the Celebrity Big Brother winner, sending him a jokey message back.
Replying, she said: “@ScottGShore get a guy who can do both,” with a wink face emoji.
The brunette has had a tough few months, after she broke up with boyfriend Paul as a result of her bizarre behaviour.
Photos showing her frolicking on the beach, and riding on a bike in her bra, sent her fans into meltdown.
She revealed: “My behaviour has been over the top and I’ve also had a blow out – I’ve ate and drunk too much.
“I feel like I have been let out of a cage.
“I am just starting to live again.
“I know I have upset a lot of people by rolling around on the beach.
“Loads of people are saying I am having a mid life crisis, or it’s embarrassing, Paul has said it is embarrassing, my daughter said it was embarrassing.
“I am sorry for upsetting people, but it is my way of coming out of severe depression.”
She later opened up about how letting loose helped her “heal” her wounds.
“This over the top behaviour rolling around on the beach is like healing,” she revealed.
“I feel free and liberated because I felt trapped for so many years.”
