In a video obtained by The Sun, a man can be seen waving a golf club and raging over the vehicle issue, eventually leading to security being called to diffuse the situation.
During the rant, which took place on a swanky street in Kensington, West London, the man could be seen yelling: “I’ve had enough of Simon Cowell.”
Screaming: “Get rid of these cars right now”, the unknown man aggressively fumed in front of passers by, before threatening to smash up a car.
Security then appeared on the exclusive estate, stopping the man from continuing with his rant.
X Factor favourite Simon himself later came out of his home – where he was asked if he was having any trouble with a neighbour.
The music mogul laughed and responded: “Just a little bit. Take care.”
OK! Online have contacted a representative for Simon for comment.
Witnesses stated the man in question was “going crazy” during the altercation, screaming: “What is he even famous for?”
The Sun spoke to the neighbour following his rant, who told the publication: “I wrote a sign on my door saying, ‘Please do not park in front of my house’ and they still did it.
“But I’m always unhappy with Cowell – he’s a t**t. Who is he? Some p**t – the X Factor guy?
“I lost my temper last night and I’ll do it again – do not park near my frontage. It happens every night.”
He then added: “I’m sick of his face.”
