The tragic tale tells the story of Leonardo DiCaprio’s Jack falling in love with Kate Winslet’s character Rose – but their love is brought to a doomed halt as the infamous ship tragically capsizes, killing over 1,500 people on-board.
The most memorable scene of the movie is during Rose’s realisation that Jack has died in the water next to her – but in an unearthed full-length clip, it seems there was more heartbreak in store for the red-haired beauty.
The clip saw Kate Winslet’s character being lifted out of the freezing cold water following her lovers death, as she’s forced to wander through the crowd of grieving passengers searching for their loved ones.
The clip, unearthed by Buzzfeed this week, sees Rose onboard the rescue vessel HMS Carpathia as the film’s haunting music plays in the background.
The scene later cuts to J.Bruce Ismay – the managing director, who encouraged the Captain to increase the boat’s speed.
He looks around in horror through the crowds, weeping and crying for their family members.
Rose’s mother is also featured in the scene’s ending, looking completely in shock as she wanders through the crowd near her daughter.
It comes after Kate Winslet made the stark revelation that Jack “could have fit on that door” in the movie.
Rose infamously swam and rested on the door in the freezing water, while Jack Dawson perished in the sea in front of her.
With fans always questioning if Jack could have fit on the door, actress Kathy Bates went as far as to say it on stage at the SAG AFTRA Foundation 2nd Annual Patron of the Artists Awards on Thursday.
When Kate took to the stage, she hilariously said: “I completely agree with you on that door.
“He could have fit on it! He could have fit on that door!”
